Our basic accommodation rates


Standard rate (accommodation only, 2 night minimum stay):

October - April (includes school holidays)
$210 per night/couple (based on use of one bedroom).
$25 extra person per night. (includes cot/highchair if desired for babies)
Longer stays welcomed, please enquire for rates

Peak season:

Xmas - New Year: $350 per night for up to 6 people. Minimum booking 5 nights Xmas - 7th January.
Easter: $320 per night for up to 6 people. Minimum booking 3 nights.
Public Holidays: $230 per night/couple, $30 per night extra person.3 night minimum long weekends.

  • Prices include all linen and amenities as well as many extra touches you'll appreciate such as complimentary homemade bread, Olive Hill Farm organically grown extra virgin olive oil, local phone calls, garden fresh flowers in the cottage and a crackling fire set ready or already burning in the winter months.

  • The cottage is fully self-contained and equipped with all you need for a self catering holiday, and for your convenience, breakfast baskets can be arranged and delivered to the cottage ready for your arrival, from $75 for two.

  • A cot and highchair are available on request, included in tariff. Please book these before arrival.
Beauty Treatments

A menu of facials, manicures, pedicures and massage therapies can be e-mailed to you on request. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

CANCELLATION: We are a small locally owned and operated family business, which is proud to offer a sustainable local product that is different to the average mainstream and commercial tourist enterprises that are so numerous in Margaret River. We are happy to answer any questions you have about our accommodation before you make a booking so please do not hesitate to ask.
As we have only the one cottage, deposits will be refunded, excluding booking fee of $35, provided that a minimum of 4 weeks notice is given. If notice is from 28-7 days prior, and the cottage is rebooked for that time, the deposit will be refunded, less booking fee.

Less than 7 days notice will incur the loss of deposit, and the full cost is payable for less than 48hrs notice, or if no notice is given of non-arrival. Please clarify that any special requirements you have are available, as we accept your booking in good faith and once a stay has commenced the full amount is payable and will not be able to be refunded if you have to cut short your stay.
For peak periods of Xmas-New Year, and Easter, no refund is available, and the full balance is payable for cancellation less than 4 weeks from booking date.
